You fill up the registration form and contact the central organization in Geneva, you put at one’s disposal facilities with p.e. your district support. You are responsible of the local communication relative to the event on basis of official support put at your disposal by the central organization in Geneva. You manage the collection and look after the respect of the ethical charter (link on column partners). You motivate, with our support, a group of partners ; These partners will be listed up on this site with their logo as well as a link with their eventual Internet page which you have sent to us par e-mail.

You participate to the local communication of the event, to the working out of the meals sold or offered to the table partners, to the creation of artistic or cultural activities bound to the action. You will also probably be table partner.

You partly or totally finance the current costs which ventually have not been covered by the local organizers. You will also probably be table partner.

Farmer, firm, institution, school, association, hotel, restaurant, club, friends circle, partners of the event…

Under your identification, you manage a group of tables (from 10 to 100 meters), you present your activities. You invite your friends, your colleagues, your customers…

You receive or buy healthy drinks and meals cooked with local products from various partners : farmers, restaurants, associations… in connection with the length of the table reserved. (10 table meters = +/- 30 meals) .

In a proportion of 50% of the capacity of your reserved area, you invite people you like, your employees, your customers or members of your association to join your table and share this meal. You pay them their participation voucher. For the remaining places, you greet and serve all person wishing to join you on presentation of a participation voucher. Prices will be updated according to local context of the organizing town.

You are responsible of the conviviality of your table, of the setting up and the cleaning of your area after the end of the event.

You are a person having purchased for 25.- Frs (Geneva) a participation voucher (free for children up to 8), you sit wherever you want.
